Short answer: Some Crunch clubs let you cancel online in the Member Portal under Manage Membership. Otherwise call your home club or cancel there in person.

- Sign in to the Member Portal on crunch.com and look under Manage Membership; some clubs offer online cancellation there.
- No cancel option? Call your home club (the number is on the Crunch locations page) or go there in person.
What happens after you cancel
- The notice you have to give before your next billing date depends on your membership agreement; check it or ask your home club.
- Cancellation rules differ by location, based on state and local guidelines.
- A paid-in-full membership ends at the end of its contract unless you renew.
