How to Cancel PlayStation Plus

Short answer: Sign in to PlayStation Account Management, select Subscription on the left and Cancel Subscription next to PlayStation Plus. You keep the benefits until the paid period ends.

Cancel on the website

1. Sign in to Account Management on playstation.com.
2. Select Subscription in the menu on the left.
3. Select Cancel Subscription next to PlayStation Plus.

On your console

1. PS5: go to Settings > Users and Accounts, then Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions > PlayStation Plus, and select Cancel Subscription.
2. PS4: go to PlayStation Plus > Manage Membership > Subscription, and select Cancel Subscription.

What happens after you cancel

• You keep all PlayStation Plus benefits until the end of the period you've paid for.
• After that you lose the monthly games, online storage and online multiplayer. Games you got at no cost with PS Plus are no longer available.
• PS Plus packs and avatars you redeemed, and games you bought at a PS Plus discount, are yours to keep.

Before you cancel: save money

• Changed your mind? Select Reactivate Subscription before the next payment date.
• Only playing online now and then? A lower PS Plus tier may cover what you need.
