How to Cancel Crunchyroll

Short answer: Cancel where you signed up. On Crunchyroll.com, open your profile icon, Settings, Membership Info to see how you're billed. App sign-ups: Account, Membership, Manage in the app.

First: check how you're billed

1. Go to crunchyroll.com in a web browser and log in.
2. Click your profile icon, then Settings, then Membership Info. It shows how you pay.
3. Paid on Crunchyroll.com (card or PayPal)? Manage and cancel your membership from there.

Signed up somewhere else?

1. In the iPhone or Android app (Apple or Google): open the Crunchyroll app and tap Account, Membership, Manage. This opens the App Store or Google Play, where you cancel.
2. Amazon, PlayStation, Roku or YouTube: cancel through that service.

What happens after you cancel

• You keep Premium until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Deleting the app, logging out or removing your payment method does not cancel the membership.

Before you cancel: save money

• Don't see a cancel option in the app? You probably didn't subscribe in the app; check Membership Info on the website.
