How to Cancel Hulu

Short answer: On the Hulu website, open your Account page and select Cancel under Your Subscription. There are no cancellation fees.

Cancel on the website

1. Go to hulu.com in a web browser (computer or phone) and log in.
2. Open your Account page.
3. Under Your Subscription, select Cancel and follow the steps.

Paying through Apple or Google?

If Hulu bills you through Apple, Google, Amazon or Roku, cancel with that company.

iPhone or iPad (Apple):

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Android (Google Play):

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap the subscription, then Cancel subscription, and follow the steps.

What happens after you cancel

• You'll get a confirmation email.
• Hulu lists no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments.

Before you cancel: save money

• Only away for a while? Hulu lets you pause your subscription for up to 12 weeks.
• Prefer to talk to someone? Hulu also lets you cancel by phone.
