How to Cancel Peacock

Step by step · checked against the official help page in October 2026

Short answer: Log in to your Peacock account and select Cancel All Subscriptions. If you pay through Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon, cancel with them.

Cancel on the website

Go to peacocktv.com and log in to your account.
Select Cancel All Subscriptions. This cancels your plan and all add-ons.
Follow the steps until you see the confirmation. The email can take a few hours.

Only removing an add-on?

On the Subscriptions tab, choose the add-on and select Remove Add-On.

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you subscribed through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or another company, Peacock can't cancel it. Cancel with that company.

iPhone or iPad (Apple):

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Android (Google Play):

Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription, then Cancel subscription, and follow the steps.

What happens after you cancel

Premium stays until the end of your billing period. After that, you can still watch a limited amount for free.
Peacock lists no refunds or credits for past payments, unless required by law.
