How to Cancel ESPN+
Step by step · checked against the official help page in October 2026

Short answer: In a web browser: profile picture, Account, Manage Subscription, your subscription under Plans & Billing, then Cancel. Billed by Apple, Google or Roku? Cancel there.
Cancel on the website
- Log in to your ESPN account on espn.com in a computer or phone browser.
- Hover over or tap your profile picture (top right) and select Account under Manage My Account.
- Select Manage Subscription, then click your subscription under Plans & Billing.
- Select the plan you want to cancel, select Cancel and confirm.
Paying through Apple or Google?
If Apple, Google, Roku or another partner bills you for ESPN, cancel on that partner's website or in its store.
iPhone or iPad (Apple):
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Android (Google Play):
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription, then Cancel subscription, and follow the steps.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep access until the end of your current billing cycle; you won't be charged again.
- ESPN gives no refunds or credits for partly used billing periods.
- Your ESPN account stays, so you can still use the free parts of the ESPN app.
Before you cancel: save money
- Watch only some sports? ESPN has more than one plan (Select and Unlimited); check whether the smaller one covers what you watch.
Cheaper or free options
- Tubi
Free movies and TV with ads. - Pluto TV
Free live channels and on-demand shows with ads. - The Roku Channel
Free movies, shows and live channels with ads; works in a web browser too.
