How to Cancel Factor

Step by step · checked against the official help page in October 2026

Short answer: On the website: Plan Settings, Status, Deactivate My Plan, Cancel Anyway, pick a reason, Deactivate Now. In the iPhone app: menu, Settings, Personal Information, Continue to deactivate.

Cancel on the website

1. Log in to your account on factor75.com and open the Plan Settings page.
2. Scroll to the Status section and click Deactivate My Plan.
3. Choose an option, or click Cancel Anyway.
4. Select your reason and click Deactivate Now.

In the iPhone app

1. Open the app, log in, and tap the three lines in the top-right corner.
2. Go to Settings, then Personal Information.
3. Scroll down, tap Delete Account, then Continue to deactivate.

What happens after you cancel

• Deactivating skips your deliveries indefinitely; you can reactivate later.
• Factor's cutoff to change a delivery is 11:59 pm PST, 5 days before it. Deactivate before the cutoff so the next box isn't sent.
• Introductory offers (like free breakfast) end when you cancel and don't come back when you reactivate.

Before you cancel: save money

• Away for a week? Use Skip Week (Edit Delivery on the website, or the three dots next to the date in the app) instead.
