How to Cancel Uber One

Short answer: In the Uber Eats app: Account, Uber One, Manage Membership, End Membership. The button disappears in the last 24 hours of a billing cycle.

Cancel in the Uber Eats app

1. Open the Uber Eats app and go to Account.
2. Tap Uber One, scroll down and tap Manage Membership.
3. Select End Membership, then Continue, then End Membership again.

What happens after you cancel

• You can cancel in the app up to 24 hours before your billing cycle ends; in the last 24 hours the button isn't shown.
• Having trouble? Uber's help page has a link to contact support.
