How to Cancel Subscriptions on Roku
Step by step · checked against the official help page in October 2026

Short answer: Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions, choose the subscription, Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew. Or on the Roku: highlight the app, press the Star button, Manage subscription.
Cancel on the Roku website
- Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions and sign in.
- Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew.
On your Roku device
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Highlight the app (in the Apps section, not Quick Access) and press the Star button.
- Select Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew. Enter your Roku PIN if you set one.
What happens after you cancel
- You can keep watching until the end of the billing period.
- Disney+, Hulu and Sling TV are managed by the service even when Roku bills you: contact Disney+ (888-905-7888), Hulu (877-824-4858) or Sling TV (888-394-6698).
- Signed up directly with a service (not through Roku)? Cancel with that service.
Before you cancel: save money
- Check my.roku.com/subscriptions every few months: forgotten free trials often turn into paid subscriptions there.
