How to Cancel SiriusXM

Step by step · checked against the official help page in October 2026

Short answer: If SiriusXM bills you, cancel in the Subscriptions tab of the Online Account Center, by chat, or by phone (866-635-8641). App subscriptions are cancelled with Apple, Google Play or Roku.

Billed directly by SiriusXM

1. Sign in to the Online Account Center on siriusxm.com and open the Subscriptions tab, or
2. use the chat on SiriusXM's help page, or
3. call 866-635-8641 (call center hours are on SiriusXM's Contact Us page).

Billed by someone else

1. Signed up in the iPhone or Android app? Then Apple or Google Play bills you: cancel there (steps below).
2. Roku: go to my.roku.com, select Manage your subscriptions, find SiriusXM under active subscriptions and select Cancel subscription. You can't cancel inside the SiriusXM app.
3. T-Mobile bill: on T-Mobile.com choose Manage add-ons, pick the phone number, and deselect the SiriusXM feature.

Paying through Apple or Google?

Cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, or it may renew.

iPhone or iPad (Apple):

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Android (Google Play):

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap the subscription, then Cancel subscription, and follow the steps.

What happens after you cancel

• The subscription stops at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Uninstalling the app, selling your car or not listening does not cancel it.
• Not sure who bills you? Check your bank or card statement.

Before you cancel: save money

• Paying for the Streaming Platinum plan? SiriusXM also has a Streaming Music & Entertainment plan; switching may be enough.
