How to Cancel Adobe

Short answer: Sign in to your Adobe account, choose Manage plan, then Cancel your plan. Annual plans paid monthly can cost a fee after the first 14 days.

Cancel on the website

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account (account.adobe.com).
  2. Under Plans and payment, select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.
  3. Select Cancel your plan.
  4. Pick a reason and select Continue.
  5. Check the details and select Confirm cancellation.

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you bought the plan through Apple, Google or Microsoft, cancel it there instead.

iPhone or iPad (Apple):

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription, then Cancel subscription, and follow the steps.
