How to Cancel Canva Pro

Step by step · checked against the official help page in October 2026

Short answer: In Canva, open your profile, Settings, Billing, then Cancel plan and confirm. Your account and designs stay on the free plan.

Cancel on the website

Log in to Canva and select your profile icon.
Go to Settings, then Billing.
Select Cancel plan, then Continue cancellation.
Choose a reason and select Cancel subscription.

Paying through Apple or Google?

Subscribed in the Canva app? Deleting the app doesn't cancel it. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play.

iPhone or iPad (Apple):

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Android (Google Play):

Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription, then Cancel subscription, and follow the steps.

What happens after you cancel

Paid features stay until the end of your billing period.
You'll get a confirmation email.
Changed your mind? On the Billing page, select Stay on Canva Pro.
